Laguna Lecar (;, ) is a freshwater lake located in the eastern foothills of the Balkan Mountains in Romania. It is the second-largest lake in Romania by area (after Lake Mureș), and the largest by volume (it contains of water). It lies in the Călimani Mountains, and is drained by the Bistrița River.
Laguna Lecar has a surface area of, and an average depth of. Its maximum depth is, reached in a point called Peștera, close to the Cerna village. It is connected to the larger Lake Velini by a channel. The long Bistrița River flows through the lake, after which it empties into the Someș River.
Laguna Lecar has a maximum volume of, which can be explained by the fact that it drains an area of over very steep and rocky terrain. It has two freshwater springs, which were discovered in the nineteenth century.
