ENB Interiors Too Dark: How to Brighten Them with ENB GUI Settings

I tried to keep the changes subtle and too the weather mods authors intent of their mod but, provide an impactful enhancement at the same time. You will find that this is colorful still but, at the same time gloomier and giving you that colder feel in the environment. Nights and interiors will be slightly darker giving a better atmospheric look without taking away from the image quality by hiding the details.

enb interiors too dark

Note: Massive explosions will still darken and saturate the screen. This is due to image space modifier applied to those explosions. To fix them you need to change image space modifier in FO4Edit for those explosion types like the following mod.

Jun 29, 2013 Hi! Im new in enb graphic mods. I was tested some enb files and i liked MATSO, but at nights, i cant see anything because its too dark!!! The effect at days its simply great. The same problem at caves, there are so many paths i cant see anything. I changed some values in enbseries.ini (lightintensity) but still dark.

Credits and distribution permission. Other user's assets Some assets in this file belong to other authors. V1.4a- Minor interior light tweaks (less white and bright)V1.4- Reworked skies (night and day), volumetric fog, darker nights (but still a little bit blue), and other minor tweaks.V1.3b- Some specular tweaksV1.3a- Bluer skyV1.3Reworked the ENB (it's the weekend, eh):- More vivid colors- Deeper shadows- Better skyV1.2- Clouds during day are less bright- Depth of Field fixed, more presets to choose (AO off or on, DOF off or on).V1.1- Darker nights!- Clouds are less white during nights.- Now Ambient Occlusion is ON by default, a preset with AO OFF is included.V 1.00- Initial Realease.

I also use Natural Lighting & Atmospherics ENB, but i believe it lights up the game more.So know of any ways around this? Because i really like the mod otherwise. When installing, i did choose 'Make interiors Darker'. So if i re-install the whole mod and disable that, will it be better or is it almost no difference and not worth it? I'm also wondering wether uninstalling it and downloading another light mod would hurt my save or not. I could create a new one but i would prefer not to.P.S Did i google? Do you use loot, skse, etc?

Stick with the core ELFX mod and see how it goes.Add: if you want a slightly brighter alternative, go with the Relighting Skyrim + Enhanced Lighting for ENB (or ELE) combo. RS does the same thing as ELFX when it comes to fixing light bulb sources, and ELE just makes the lighting look nicer as a whole. If you still need it to be more bright, pull up the ENB GUI and either lower down your gamma or up the brightness settings for interiors/nights/what have you in the enbeffects.fx tab within the shaders window. Alright last update!I disabled everything that had anything to do with ELFX (The Mod and other mod patches) and the game isn't as vibrant, but the darkness issue is solved.

I though about re-installing then deactivating the 'darker interiors' options. But after looking at comparison videos the difference isn't really noticeable, atleast not for me. Looks like my ENB made the game alittle darker aswell in dungeons so i'm just gonna stick with that and run none other lighting mods. I understand some like ELFX, but it just wasn't for me.

For the people saying interiors are too dark, play around with the "r2_sun_lumscale_amb" command and increase it's value to raise interior brightness. You can also raise the values of "r2_sun_lumscale" and "r2_sun_lumscale_hemi" to control outside brightness. 2ff7e9595c
